Kristi holds a degree in psychology from Quincy College. With a background in intensive case management, she has supported clients in achieving stability, independence, and community integration through personalized care planning, resource coordination, and progress monitoring. Her experience extends to hospital and clinical settings, where she has specialized in behavioral health and treatment planning for diverse populations, including adolescents, seniors, and individuals with complex medical needs.

In her free time, Kristi enjoys outdoor adventures, rock climbing, and spending time with her two rescue cats.
