Kathleen has over twenty years of experience as an administrative professional.  She joined NRM as a part-time receptionist in 1999 while in high school and continued working for NRM in various roles through college.  During that time, Kathleen provided community support and case management services to individuals in the greater Boston area.  After pursuing opportunities in advertising and pharmaceuticals, Kathleen returned to NRM in 2016 as the Office Manager/WWP Case Coordinator.

Kathleen received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark University. She enjoys traveling, game nights, and spending time with family and friends.
