Alli has a background in mental health counseling and case management. She has vast experience working with individuals who have developmental and acquired disabilities in day programs, hospitals, and community settings. She has experience working with active-duty service members and veterans in both one-on-one and group settings.  Alli practices a person-centered approach, in which each person receives individualized support to highlight their strengths and encourage self-empowerment. 

 

Alli obtained her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts.
